Eat Healthy. Be Healthy.

College is a fast paced for years full of late nights, all nighters and early mornings. College students eat on a low budget when they find the time to stop between class and work.

With eating disorder at an all time high, college seems to be a breeding ground for unhealthy eating habits.

Simple steps can be taken in order to begin and maintain good eating habits.

It is a lot easier for students to eat at fast food restaurants. This habit may save money but it can add to your waist line. Pack healthy meals and snacks that you can eat on the go.

2. Do not exercise too much or too little.
It is important to exercise in order to maintain a healthy weight and promote good health. However, excessive exercise can be harmful to your health.

3. Understand what a healthy weight is for you.
People often consider themselves overweight when they are not. You cannot judge what your weight should be by comparing your body to your friend's.

It is important for college students to take care of their health by getting proper nutrition. The eating habits they create now will follow them throughout their life.
